Beware! They charge 125.00 for an estimate that’s 3 times higher than anyone else, but they forget to tell you they charge for estimate. Owner Dave is the rudest,unprofessional, very dishonest person I’ve ever encountered in a business. Don’t walk, run from this business

Technician sent by Frost & Kretsch Plumbing was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. Then tested the pump a few times to make sure it was working. He explained to us what he found and how it worked. The cost was very reasonable, especially since it was a Saturday. He came within the time frame given to us when we called. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After finding water in our basement, we requested Frost & Kretsch come out to help find the source of the leak. Chris came out to take a look and was able to quickly help us find the leak: our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking down to the basement. Unfortunately it was behind our kitchen cabinets, but Chris was confident they would be able to get it resolved. After discussing the estimate, we scheduled Frost and Kretsch to come out 2 days later to do the repair. Jason was able to take care of the leaky pipe within a few hours and definitely went above and beyond. Besides replacing the leaky pipe, Jason also replaced our shoddily assembled kitchen sink lines. Overall, we were very happy with the work performed and felt we paid a great price for the amount of work that needed to be done.

Saturday same day service. Called early in the morning and had job completed by mid afternoon. Installation went well. No complaints.

Installed water heater.....didn't tell me until they were all done that I needed vent work that they could not do...really, I'm pretty sure they knew that b4 they started. Called owner who never got back to me. Poor customer service

Had sewer back up into basement of a home I recently purchased. Called out one plumber who told me it was going to be a $3000 repair job including trenching out my backyard and replacing the line. Called F&K for a second opinion. They resnaked the line, found no break or major blockage, and cleared the line pretty far towards the road. Advised the $3000 repair was completely unnecessary. Their charge for the snaking was $150 cheaper than the first plumber charged also. Saved me a lot of money and so far have had no further issues with the line.

They were very prompt and guaranteed the quoted price that they had given over the phone. The technician snaked the drain within a few minutes and then used a camera and showed me the pipe run all the way out to the road. He also told me how to prevent the problem from happening in the future which was great. Some companies could have just told me to call them back once a year to prevent this when the task is easy to do myself. I will have call them for other plumbing needs.

These guys were awesome! I have had them come out to do various plumbing projects over the years. This was a big project and they had 3-4 guys out here and completed this tedious job in 9-1/2 hours. They were courteous, friendly, kept me in the loop with what they were doing throughout the day, and cleaned up nice and tidy.
