James answered the phone right away and was able to schedule me within a couple of days (non-emergency). I had a new sump pump that he was able to install with just an adapter. He was honest and I would highly recommend All-Ways Dry and use them again in the future.

James was very honest with me and told me the problem was due to downspouts dumping out at the foundation which needed to be redirected. Leaks were minor and he told me I won't need his services. I tried to pay him for his time and he would not take any money. If and when I need foundation service he will be my first call. Good guy and very professional.

I'm a Military Retiree, so, besides the work being extremely important, communications is as well. I sent a request for an estimate, and James, one of the owners responded extremely promptly. I told him my issue, sent him a couple photos and he knew exactly what needed to be done. I set up a time with him, he reached out to me about 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, he was extremely professional and courteous. He walked me through the process of patching rod holes and spent some time showing me what to look for in the future to avoid another leak. I will definitely bring this company back out for all my basement waterproofing needs. Very Cost effective company. Thanks James!!!

The experience with the company was flawless. I had them repair a vertical crack that was about 7ft in length. The service was scheduled within a week of me placing a call. This was a rehire of All-Ways. After having other quotes for our leaky basement, we again found that All-Ways was honest and more reasonably priced. They don't try to scare you into doing unnecessary repairs. Workers were friendly and respectful of our time and our home. Additionally, job required less work than initially thought and they actually lowered our end cost instead of trying to talk us into doing the higher unnecessary repair. In-house financing was provided with half due at completion and the other half a year to pay. I cannot say enough good things about James, Eric, and the rest of the workers. I hope I don't have more basement problems, but if I do, I'll definitely be calling them again. Thanks, guys!

James took the pump out, washed it, lubricated it, and re-installed it. Now it runs like new. He could have lied and said that it needed replacement but he was very honest and did not lie to me.

I left a message last night and my call was returned within an hour. I scheduled an appointment for 8:00am this morning. James was prompt, polite, helpful and he left a tidy work area. He did a great job of explaining why he was using the pump he chose and he did not try to upsell. The work was completed within the hour. Excellent. I would hire again if needed for any waterproofing or sump pump job.

I called All-ways Dry LLC when I discovered water running down our basement wall. I had used this company's services in the past at another house I owned. Eric and Matt accessed the water damage and the cracks.. They explained the repair process in detail. Since it was late in day when they arrived they rescheduled the repair for the following week. No additional trip charge. When they arrived the second time they had to remove the crumbling concrete around the I -beam and fix the vertical crack in the wall, and repaired 12 rod holes. I was impressed with their work ethics. They were very precise in making sure the repair was done right. I was also impressed with the amount of work they had to do. They completed the repairs in 3.5 hours and cleaned up the debris and dust. They answered any questions I had about the repair process. The charge $700.00. I would not consider any other company for wall repair and waterproofing needs!!

Noticed a ball sized moisture spot on the basement wall, called up a few companies and was told that they need to come over to estimate. When I called up All ways Dry Inc and explained the issue to James, he was able to identify that it was a rod hole. Purchased their deal on Angies list and set up an appointment. James came and fixed that hole and another hole that I didn't notice and was very professional and gave a detailed service write up.

It went very well. This is a family business which is run now by James & Eric Norton. It was originally started by their uncle. They were able to come in a week and a half of my call. I had received several other quotes which were much higher and included work I did not need (which had a price in the thousands of dollars). They explained all the options which allowed me to make the best decision. Clearly they want to d the right job at the right price for the customer. I made the decision on the spot to have them do the job and they had enough time before their next appointment to get it done right there and then. They know what they are doing and did a great job and were very clean. I referred them to my neighbor who is in need of their services.

All-ways-dry was great about getting out quickly to help assess the leak in our basement. Even though it was determined that our problem was an outdoor siding problem (rather than a cement/foundation issue), they were great about walking me through the possibilities. Their in depth knowledge was evident, and I appreciated the time taken to go through it all. Before leaving they even took the time to make a call to another company for me who could address our problem. I was extremely impressed with their promptness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Even though we couldn't use them for our current situation, we would definitely use them in the future.

They didn't like they way some mud was draining into the drainage system they previously installed, so they added more gravel in order to solve the problem. It's working great now, even in heavy rain. I can't thank these guys enough for fixing my drainage problems!!
