"It went very well.  This is a family business which is run now by James & Eric Norton. It was originally started by their uncle. They were able to come in a week and a half of my call. I had received several other quotes which were much higher and included work I did not need (which had a price in the thousands of dollars). They explained all the options which allowed me to make the best decision.
