Since it was late in day when they arrived they  rescheduled the repair for the following week. No additional trip charge. When they arrived the second time they had to remove the crumbling concrete around the I -beam  and fix the vertical crack in the wall, and repaired 12 rod holes.  I was impressed with their work ethics.
