"We had a bathtub converted into a Shower, they removed the old bathtub and installed a shower tray with a wall lining system unique to their company called Re-Bath. They also removed an old single person shower and installed a linen closet, new ceramic tile floor with a heating element (heated floor with thermostat and timer). New Mirrors, new lights and new solid surface counter top with integrated bowls and new faucets. Rerouted plumbing and minor electrcal work. The 2 installers Ryan and Ken were fantastic, their work was very good, they kept the house clean during the whole process and made sure everything was clean at the end of every day. They took the time to explain how everything new they installed worked, very thorough and very professional. They arrived everyday when they said they were going to arrive and kept us updated with the progress throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again."

"I had 2 companies come out for quotes.  Normally I would get more but it was close to the holidays and we wanted the project done.  We had a pipe break in the master bathroom after just doing some tile work and had to redo drywall and paint from that problem along with totally redo the walk-in closet with new carpeting throughout the downstairs.  Within 2 weeks another leak from a floor drain (Sta-Dry project)  had gotten the new carpet wet and we just wanted our lives back downstairs.  Sorry for the long intro but it brings me to the point.  After telling both contractors what we had just been through it was obvious we were sick and tired of our lower level being torn up.  The original estimate from Atlantic Waterproofing would have required all of the new drywall in the walk-in closet to be torn out and foundation work to be done.  This project would have required lots of time and more drywall work in both the walk in closet and the master bedroom along with cement work on the foundation.  We live on a nice lake and I think they saw dollar signs.  Venting...sorry.  Sta-dry drove over from Lansing, sat down with us and worked out a reasonable solution with no talk of ever needing foundation work.  They came up with a way to hide the plumbing behind the drywall so we did not have to cover that somehow in the corner of our bedroom.  The were professional, did the work in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves and found a cost effective way to do it without any major disruption to our lives.  They look to have a solid warranty and I felt confident that if I ever had a problem they would take care of it.  We obviously were not excited about more work downstairs or a sump pump in our master bedroom but Sta-Dry made it pretty painless and gave us an option of 12 months same as cash through a bank they work with.  Would definitely use them again and were appreciate of how smoothly things went after the other 2 projects we had just lived through.  Life is back to normal...Thank Goodness!!
