It went as expected. It was installed with patience and professionalism. Once completed, it functioned as was expected and I was shown how to maintain it and properly use it. The Empire heaters were inspected and made ready for the fall/winter.

The material and workmanship was better than average. Very prompt and thoughtful. Not the cheapest price but the extra quality and getting the job done as quoted made it a bargain. I have had others try to up the price once they start work. these guys saw that the job was going to be more complicated than they originally planned for but did not charge extra.

They arrived on time and fixed the problem in a matter of mintues. The guy also took the time to explain what was wrong with our A/C unit and if it happened again what to do.

I called around and got a few estimates. These guys were the lowest priced by far. The plumber came right on time and swapped out our water heater. He was a younger person, but had 12 years experience in that company. He was very thorough and proffesional. The bill came in the mail about a week later. No hidden fees and exactly as quoted. I will call on this company again if any plumbing problems arise.

One of the owners of Lakeshore came by on a Saturday to discuss my concerns and give me some direction on what would need to be upgraded and fixed should I buy the home. There were code violations and general standard items any potential home buyer would look for and Lakeshore was able to give me a decent estimate on costs.
I ended up not buying the home due to the sellers responses because Lakeshore outlined all of the details/issues very well.
