Work was done ontime and at good value.

Had them come out and snake drain .. it was a long run from the back of the house they came out after I got home from work and ran the snake water went down, thought everything was good, then three weeks later the same problem so called back was told I need 2 have it hydro jetted out for 600 which normally runs 1200! So a week later they do the jetting. Now I got 1,050 into the job and still had the same problem. Called back and was told they would send me some root-x to put down the drain to help kill roots Maybe could kill roots and get threw them .. never got stuff and they stopped returning my calls, so I had another company come out that acutely ran a camera down there and found roots in the tap that was the citys responsibility. Haines Drains kept telling me they would probably have to replace my lines at a cost of around 5500 dollars because of broken pipes that they never ran a camera down to find out if that was the problem.

I was out of town and still have not made it back but I know he stayed longer than usual.

A DISOUNT THAT WAS OFFERED ONLINE - IF THE JOB WAS BOOKED - WAS NOT APPLIED TO THE INVOICE -- THEY ACTED AS IF THEY WERE NOT AWARE THAT A DISCOUNT WAS AVAILABLE. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, I RECEIVED SEVERAL EMAILS, AND EVEN SOME PHONE CALLS, WANTING TO KNOW IF I WAS GOING TO BOOK THE JOB.

Had an issue with the sewer main come up around 10 pm they were here the next day. Fair price and they got the job done quickly.

Good results in clearing my drain from kitchen island. It took a lot of effort to succeed. But it’s still very good some 3 weeks post job. They cleaned up after too.

Tracy did a great job of clearing the drain on my bathroom sink and kitchen sink too, which I wasn't expecting. They drain beautifully.

They were very professional and thorough. I did think their prices were a little high, though.

Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs.

I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. He did a great clean up job and the price I believe to be very fair for coming out on a Friday night without any appointment. I will not hesitate to call these guys again for any drain problem.

They were on time and worked very hard.

The service people were very nice and informed me what I needed to have done and gave me a price before doing the work. With the virus they both wore masks and social distance so I was not concerned about letting them in to do the work. Would use them again if a problem a raises.

A bit pricey but I would hire again. Did good work, cleaned after them self.
