MAPLE VALLEY PLUMBING & HEATING INCHe showed up fast on a Sunday morning to help out my mom. The basement was flooded and water was still coming in. She called several companies from the area and he was the only one to call back and he did so quickly. He had the whole situation sorted out in a couple hours. Obviously a real pro. He went above and beyond to get the best parts to replace a dead bladder tank and even got the water out of the basement. On a Sunday morning even! Words cannot express how thankful I am. The price was fair for the quality of work and equipment and how fast he responded and fixed the entire problem. I would recommend this guy to anyone and it takes a lot to impress me. You can trust this company to take care of you and your family, end of story.- David K.

Zef's ConstructionZefs Construction team has been working on my three properties for the last two years. They did tremendous jobs. The owner Zef is a respectful person. He is the highly trustable and professional. I am an out-of-state investor and I put my full trust in him. He and his team did extensive renovation work on my two dilapidated properties and all got building inspections passed, especially one property at Warren. The city inspectors were very picky and they issued the lengthy reports including zoning/building/mechanical/plumbing/electrical. Zef took care of the property beautifully. Now, the properties are renting out so that I'm receiving my investment's return. Zefs Construction is my go-to contractor to do different home renovation works and home repair as well. Zefs Construction also works closely with my agent and property manager and even my tenants to get work done quickly. I am very grateful to have Zef on my properties' renovation jobs. I had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

Set up new heating/cooling zones. handled all permits & inspections. (Work is being performed in stages; at this point, total work is about 90% complete, and the completion date is already scheduled).

when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

Family owned and operated since 1944, Wallside sells directly to the homeowner, manufacturing and installing its own products. With a factory/showroom located in Taylor, Mich., the vinyl window manufacturer services two thirds of the lower peninsula of Michigan and northwest portions of Ohio.
Recent Review:
Do not use this company. Wallside breached the contract. They never pulled the permit or ordered the windows for the original install date. This delayed my project costing me two months of rental income . In lieu of their mistake they first offered me $300 off of the contract but later agreed to be fair to add free of charge an additional four windows to the contract. David Malseed, one of the sales managers later changed this agreement to two windows which he believed was a “very generous offer.” This business does not operate on any values. They have a take it or leave it attitude despite the harm they cause you.

It didn't go at all. After several email exchanges where Ayers kept changing the date of my appointment. They changed the date three times, the final time was almost 7 weeks past the first contact. I'd warn others to beware if they need to cancel the first appointment.
