"I just pay $75 you never know who's going to come out. They do everything electrical. Just about everything is covered except the septic tank. I had an air conditioner replaced. It went great, all I had to do was pay for the freon. He didn't charge e more than what was needed."

"Kase did our new home inspection as well as the well/septic for the home we were selling. He was on time, professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Septic distribution boxes, also called D-boxes, tend to last over 30 years if taken care of extremely well. In most cases, however, they tend to last anywhere from 15 years to 40 years. Regular cleaning and maintenance, as well as living in an area that doesn’t flood the tank or the system regularly, will all have an impact on the lifespan of the box.

Having a well means that a household’s water supply, including water that comes through faucets, showerheads, and appliances, is supplied through a private source rather than from a city.
