Got back with me right away, called gave me a quote and came over right away. Was thoroughly impressed and would hire again if needed.

Called right away and set up appt. For later that day. Very likable young man. Explained what he did and quoted a price. It was a little high at first but he was coming 80 miles away. Explained the problem after inspection and fixed problem areas after we okayed. Offered to show us the problem but we can't get in crawl space so he took pictures to show us. He located the places where mice were getting in and cemented and used other means to seal off the problem areas. Left traps for any mice still in there. Hopefully this will solve problem for good and we won't have to have someone returning as Orkin time after time and problem continued. Would recommend this company for sure. Also said he would come back if we noticed the problem soon after he had been here.

I hired him to get rid of the mole in my yard. He came out shoved a few rubber, poison worms in the lawn and then showed me how to do it. Charged me over $240.00 because he says he charges from the moment he leaves his house. He is over an hour away from me. If he would have told me this on the phone I would never have hired someone so far away. He was here less than 20 minutes. Did leave the worms, but saw I could have bought them at the corner hardware for less than half of what he charged for the product. I called 10 days later and told him my problem was worse than ever. More holes and tunnels. He said he would have to charge me to come back out and he would not be in my area for 4 days. I asked if he had a guarantee and why did he charge me so much when I am doing all the work, plus I have now run out of worms. He said he did not really know what to do since this always worked before, but he would see me Friday. Shocking he never showed up. So now I have to hire someone else to do the job I paid him for. STAY AWAY--DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
