I had a great experience. I used ReBath 8 years ago for one of my bathrooms and this year I got the other one done. My 8 year old bathroom still looks brand new and the installers did a great job both times. They were super kind to my kids and dogs too!

Rebath is an amazing company from sales to installation. I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom. I recommend them to everyone who says they are looking to get their bathroom done.

Contracted with Re-bath on 12/4/2018. Mid-January to early February was the promised time for the install of the new bathtub and surround. Then after the initial confirmation email from the company, dead silence. Communication was limited to the occasional response to my emails. Promises of an install date were constantly pushed back for various reasons which when questioned, were excused by "it's in your contract". Finally after 15 weeks, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Suddenly the material was available and there was an install date! Interesting the timing of that I think. They did discount the cost by $100.00, although it was NOT worth the aggravation we experienced. Would I recommend Re-bath? Not a chance. Would I do business with them again? Absolutely NOT! At this point I am just hoping that nothing goes wrong with the work they did, since I am sure that getting warentee work done would be another absolute nightmare.

I can't think of any other word to use than R-U-N... RUN AWAY as fast as you can. I'm the shopper that spends a ridiculous amount of time researching something before I can purchase it. It's sad. I read every single Amazon review, I run a ranking analysis using Yelp data, I check the Better Business Bureau website for any consumer alerts, I review (out-dated)articles published by Consumer Reports, I ask Angie, and even rummage through blogs that go back for years. Like I said, it's sad. Of course, on the ONE OCCASSION I don't invest the time doing research and it turns out to be a nightmare. It's been 6 months now since I hired Re-bath to install a new shower unit. Setting aside all of the frustration and enormous amount of wasted time and effort spent trying to get them to do the actual work.. when it was all finished, the f*@king shower door LEAKED. Not just a trickle of water either....it would flood the floor. You could probably even say there was a current to it. Ok, maybe that's a bit extreme, but still.... When I was FINALLY able to get Cindy (the owner) to come take a look at it, she made several ridiculous excuses, but my favorite one was this.... ....the door is leaking because the water is "bouncing off of me and being pushed" through the crack in the bottom of the door. Seriously, I can't make this crap up, but just in case you think I am, feel free to check out any of the following websites (I wished I'd seen these 6 months ago): [*** Link removed ***] [*** Link removed ***] [*** Link removed ***] [*** Link removed ***] [*** Link removed ***] (Better Business Bureau) Soooo...I still have no shower door. I'm using the lovely vinyl shower curtain that I had to purchase and install myself. Lesson learned. Ohhh.....did I mention to R-U-N ?!?!

I had a bathtub/shower combination. Re-Bath removed the entire surface and put in a shower only. They put in a new base and tiled the walls all the way up to the ceiling in the tile I chose. It was a very professional installation. The bathroom was clean when finished and all debris was removed. Tarps were also put down to protect my carpeting. I am very impressed with the work.

They did not measure carefully and I was not comfortable. Their quote as off  the charts. We had a twisted stairway and I asked them if the tub can go up the stair and they said yes but I did not feel like they were paying attention.

It was great. The staff was very good to work with and left the area very clean. They were right on time, and we were very satisfied. At one point some of the caulking came off of the corner, he came out, tore it out and redid it.

The estimate was higher than what we expected. That is why we did not go with them. The guy was very informative and knowledgeable. It is just that it was more than what we wanted to spend on that tub. He was quick to call me back and they came out quickly. He was on time. It will depend on what the price is if we are going to use them in the future. If the price is reasonable, I would use them.

Everything went great. The sales rep was outstanding. She explained everything and had the samples there so that we could the color scheme together with no guessing. When the installer arrived, he was on time and went right to work. /everything was cleaned up afterwards.
the only problem was they had trouble getting the doors so the installation was about 2weeks later than we had planned.

Beware of the sales pitch, they keep stacking on deductions if you sign that day.
On completion of the installation, the bathroom looks great, but there were problems due to previous owners hidden wall once the old tub was removed. My concerns were that the installer and myself had different goals. He wanted to complete the job and I wanted choices. I lost. When we ran into problems and I asked what my options were, his responses were always and quot;I haven't decided yet.and quot;
The wrong tub size was ordered because of the false wall and I asked, and quot;Well it's just a tub, can we put in the right size?and quot; Didn't happen, and no options were offered. Options I thought of later such as 1. stop installation and order the right size; or 2. push the tub back two inches and give more floor space. Instead, a false 2 inch plywood wall was built behind the tub.
Another problem was the tub itself. I order the 17 inch high model thinking I would have more depth from my old 15 inch tub. Not so. Beware of inside tub not being the same depth as outside tub due to support feet under the tub of aproximate 2 1/2 inches. A 17and quot; tub measure 13 1/2and quot; on the shallow side and 14 1/2and quot; on the drain side. Plus the drain hole drops the actual water depth to 10 1/2 inches at the deeper end. This was not pointed out to me before purchase. In my opinion this is a manufacture flaw. The installer helped my out by plugging the drain hole.
I had to search and purchase the new floor tile. I made the right choice and it looks georgous. It was a hard job installing it because the old sub-flooring needed to be removed to match the curve of the previous wall tiles. A lot of unexpected dust. After two days dry time, I applied a sealer. However there were cracks in the grout after two weeks. Ken came back and fixed it and I applied the sealer again.
The third problem I had was a squeaky wall. Apparently the acrylic wall by the head rest was not sealed properly and it sqeeks when I use the tub and rest my head. Ken came back and tried to fix it by inserting foam behind the tub but was not successful. At least it's not a visable defect.
All in all my advice would be take your time and explore other options. Maybe I could have chosen all tile walls instead of acrylic and paid the same price. Go to your tile store and ask their advice before you sign with anyone. They might have more options. However my bathroom looks great and it will serve me for many more years and it is a step-up from what I had.

It was excellent, from the sales person who came for estimating and pricing thru to installation.
Basically our old shower unit in the master bathroom was always dirty even though we used a ton of different products to try to get it all cleaned. So we decided to remodel and went through a few quotations before deciding to go on Angies List and there we found Bath Tub Liners.
The waiting period from pricing thru to installation was a little longer than expected and then the dates they were available we were not, but on day of installation we hardly noticed any work was being done at our house.
The installer was extremely careful and clean, he bought dust sheets to cover carpeted areas, he removed all debris after each piece he removed and on finishing work gave us a complete run down of how everything worked and how it should all be cleaned. He even explained that we would have been cleaning that old shower unit for years and it would still be dirty looking as water had gotten behind the old tiled walls. So he made adjustments to the walls so that would never happen ever again. He was really nice.
We are now proud of our master bathroom thanks to this company and would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

We had a bathtub converted into a Shower, they removed the old bathtub and installed a shower tray with a wall lining system unique to their company called Re-Bath. They also removed an old single person shower and installed a linen closet, new ceramic tile floor with a heating element (heated floor with thermostat and timer). New Mirrors, new lights and new solid surface counter top with integrated bowls and new faucets. Rerouted plumbing and minor electrcal work. The 2 installers Ryan and Ken were fantastic, their work was very good, they kept the house clean during the whole process and made sure everything was clean at the end of every day. They took the time to explain how everything new they installed worked, very thorough and very professional. They arrived everyday when they said they were going to arrive and kept us updated with the progress throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again.
