"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. I am very impressed and will use this service again as needed."

"Act Fast Plumbing Service and Matt Stanley the owner were fantastic! They went above and beyond. We had a very difficult clog in our sewer line running to the street. The line was so long that they had to buy additional cable and return. They were very persistent, professional and friendly. They were very quick and responsive. We cannot recommend them enough."
