Multiple sprinklers don’t sit straight in the ground either which is another fight on its own. All in all I would never do it again with this company. The staff and secretary were great with me. Workers were friendly just not good at rhere job except the lead tech who was the only one who spoke partial English also which made it even harder. "Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. "I’ve used Sanders & DeHann for years for start up & close down Sprinkler service. You really have to plan ahead to get on the schedule at the beginning of the season to get your sprinklers turned on. It’s always been uneventful until this year when someone unexperienced started up my system and didn’t do a complete job. I called and asked to have somebody come out and Check the startup service because not all of the sprinkler heads were popping up. The young man arrived promptly at the beginning of the window, And was very courteous and did everything that I asked. He even suggested that two of the sprinkler heads that were not working very well that I had previously been told didn’t work due to the roots should be replaced because the heads were not working well and low and behold, they work perfectly now! He was fast and efficient and adjusted a couple of the other sprinkler heads so they sprayed further and asked if there was anything else he could do. He also adjusted the timer for the sprinkler system did everything less than an hour! Well, done college friend, And very good hire Sanderson!"

I requested a leveling services and while they fix one side of the yard, they made the other side, that was flat, ankle twisting. 5 weeks after service the grass still has not grown. When I called to request reseeding, Caleb made more promises about coming on 3 separate occasions, but has still yet to show up. I spent twice as much for this company as the other quote, and they left my large yard looking like this."
