The driver arrived on time so we were home and available to interact with Her. Our 4 year old grandson was thrilled to see the dump truck back into the driveway and stood by in awe as the 4 square yards of black mulch tumbled out of the back! When the female driver stepped from the truck our grandson was confused and told her 'girls don't drive dump trucks". The driver took time to talk to him and show him the truck and we discussed jobs boys and girls do, to make it a wonderful learning moment.

They were on time, friendly and delivered exactly where I needed it.  Will definitely not hesitate to call them again when I need their services.

This is the third delivery I've had from KLS. Renovating a house with a dirt driveway that was a mud pit this spring. I knew I needed to do something, but expensive options like paving were not possible. KLS recommended first 4' of stabilized gravel spread and driven over to smash it down (same thing they use for gravel roads). Then a 2' layer of crushed stone on top. They are very patient and helpful in explaining options and how to's.
I also had them deliver some landscaping stone for around my house.

I ordered the mulch on a Friday to be delivered Saturday. The staff at the store was friendly and professional. They told me I would get a call from the driver before they would deliver the mulch. Saturday morning I got a call at around 8:30 to confirm that I was ready for the delivery. The driver arrived before 9:00 and verified where I wanted the mulch dumped. He was also friendly and professional. This is a very good quality cedar mulch that we have used in the past. I have tried other and quot;cheaperand quot; mulches from elsewhere, but it was not worth the money saved. I will continue to use KLS in the future.
