"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. "We would definitely recommend Hanson’s for your bathroom remodel project! We would give them higher than a 5 star rating if it was available. The company was very easy to work with and it was just a great all around experience! They kept us informed about the project expectations all through the process. They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything. They removed our whirlpool tub and the surrounding wall to begin the process. When they were finished, our house and bathroom looked like it had never had any construction done, except we were left with a beautiful walk-in shower! We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Hanson’s were absolutely wonderful to work with and we would definitely choose them again if we needed their expertise."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
