APEX PAINTING

The actual paint job looks good. Fotunately I was there the last day, otherwise the lower concrete portion of the house would not have been completed. I was told that that portion of the house was not in the agreement, but he would do it anyway. Who paints a whole house and not paint the last 18 inches to the ground? The cleanup of paint chips was minimal. I spent a few hours cleaning up the chips after they left. Then there was my lawn issue. The owner cleaned his sprayer using my hose in the middle of my yard and killed a 3 foot circular patch. I contacted him twice to see what he would do about it. Both times he said he would look into it, but never did. Its been 3 monthes and it still looks very bad.

They were excellent. James the owner of the company he is a young guy. I had a hard time with agents. They were 35 and got his name through somebody who is down but willing to. He has been great. He has brought in a crew of four and they finished their basement down in London and they have got it out . . They did the tile work, painting, part of the electric, wallpaper down . part of it. We had other estimates done and they were really high.
