He did an excellent job. Not only did he fix the leak and replace the valve but he figured out why the leaks happened. (We had had some well work done and that serviceman had set our water pressure way too high.)

Everything went well with the installation. I opted for better corrosion resistant pipes and all new other components which i knew would cost more but was tired of worry when the next leak would occur. The pipe routing was a significant improvement over the old routing and the pressure was optimized in the bladder tank so my well pump doesn't kick on as often.

Went well. They know their business.

They provided an estimate and came in under the estimate. I appreciated the good communication, personable people, and quality work - the job was done in a very professional manner. The plumbing was designed and installed with a good plan, and the floor patch was a lot of work but looks good. I really liked that they take care not to mess up the house and also clean up well after themselves.
The price was not and quot;cheapand quot;, but I agreed to it because i have used them before. I am willing to pay a fair price when the work is done well and I don't have to worry about it.
The work was completed as agreed, and they checked back with me about a week later to make sure that everything was working properly and i didn't have water seeping up from the ground.. I will be using them again.

Chad stopped by to investigate, gave original estimate of $250 with caution that there may be greater problem, since actual condition was not visible. As this was not an emergency, we scheduled job for following week. Chad called ahead and arrived when scheduled. I had removed ceramic tile to expedite job and pipe was repaired promptly. Job cost was adjusted. No further problems.

This was a faucet with a lifetime warranty and I would have had to ask the manufacturer to send me replacement rings and then have the plumber come back to install them. The serviceman took the faucet apart and cleaned the existing rings and re-lubed the area and the faucet now works fine.....no leaks ! He went above and beyond to help solve the problem.

All my outdoor faucets and hoses were leaking; I always call Triangle and they never fail me. Chris came exactly when he said he would, and either repaired or added washers (gaskets?) where they were needed. He replaced one old faucet that was hard to turn off or on, and put in a new one with a much simpler shut-off. Then he looked at the 4-wheeled hose cart that had just begun spouting water at the point where its connection hose meets the cart. He said this brand often breaks at that exact spot, and the company replaces the part without charge; but I needed the hoses right away, so he invented a new connection that appears lots more durable than the old one. This was only one of the many times that this firm has provided prompt, expert, reasonably priced service.
