"Foster was the inspector he came in and my main concern was the foundation of the house and basement after inspecting the basement he said it was Exceptionally dry and Foundation was solid . He found no water leaks in ceiling. It had just rained the day before the inspection. Less than a week after we moved in water was coming in the basement. There was a leak in the roof where a room had been added on as we inspected the ceiling you could see where it had been leaking before there's so much more that he missed I can't type it. Our realtor recommended Bill so we went with him we should have gotten a 3ed party Henderson realtors I feel they where making sure Mark Henderson got the sale I am so Disappointed in all that he missed with this .inspection We just spent $4000 to get the roof portion fixed where it was leaking on the addition and on top of that there was bats in the attic and he should have seen the evidence of bat dropping. I am looking into a law suite "

We provide general home inspections, a top to bottom review of the systems of the house performed to ASHI standards of practice. Radon testing (NRSB certified radon measurement specialist). We use thermal imaging for every inspection. Other services we provide : Water sampling for bacteria , nitriites and nitrates. Sewer line scans. Septic inspections. We use Tap Inspect reporting software , a web based reporting system which is optimized for viewing on your phone, tablet or computer. "Our sales person Spencer was Amazing, he went out of his way to explain everything, The person who called to set up installation was rude and lied to us we were getting a 12 foot slider installed and we asked if we could have Champion installers install it he said they do not have their own installers they only have sub contractors so when I said I know who not to buy my windows through he said that's up to you so I called Spencer and he said that is not true they do have in house installers and he would get back to me..so Gabe and Tyler show up to install our door and I have to tell you those two boys did a Amazing job, The door was too small but they found a way and made sure we were happy with everything they did and when we get windows we will request them to install them and I suggest anyone reading this to also request Gabe and Tyler they are great at what they do."

"Our relationship with All Star Mechanical began with Chris coming out to diagnose my AC problem. He tested the system and diagnosed it as low on refrigerant likely due to a leak. We asked to get a quote on replacing the AC and the entire HVAC system. The furnace was a 25 year old Trane. The air filter was 1in thick and struggled to blow through a non-MERV filter, and I wanted cleaner air for the health of my family, especially since wildfires aren't going away anytime soon. We also wanted a whole house humidifier to assist the Vornado units we run 24/7 in the winter. Larry presented us with a variety of options for upgrading my HVAC system, not trying to sell me a system too large and expensive for our needs or climate, then explaining how everything works and how it works together to make our home efficient, safe, clean, and comfortable. The installation team was fantastic. They were scheduled for a 2 day installation and over performed installing the entire system in one day. Matthew and the 2 Nicks were great! Within 2 hours of installing the General Aire MAC high efficiency air cleaner we noticed the air felt and smelled cleaner, in spite of the poor air advisory warning for that day. Finally, Chris buttoned the system up completely by running updated thermostat wiring and relocated my thermostat so the new system is compatible with my ADT Z-Wave ADC -T2000 monitored thermostat (my request)! Throughout the entire job, Larry stayed in touch, either by email, phone, or text to make sure everything met or exceeded our expectations. They are definitely All Stars!"
