About us
We provide general home inspections, a top to bottom review of the systems of the house performed to ASHI standards of practice. Radon testing (NRSB certified radon measurement specialist). We use thermal imaging for every inspection. Other services we provide : Water sampling for bacteria , nitriites and nitrates. Sewer line scans. Septic inspections. We use Tap Inspect reporting software , a web based reporting system which is optimized for viewing on your phone, tablet or computer. This allows us to have most reports ready within 4 hours of the end of the inspection and all within 24 hrs. For ease of payment we accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and credit cards.

We hired Watkins to inspect a Mobile Home for us June 2025. He didn't do a thorough inspection! Major water leaks present in living room. Previous roof leaks may have hidden mold in ceiling areas. Windows with broken seals. Loose toilet that couldn't be tighten as he described, toilet had to be cut off for repairs. No review of the water heater. Not the professional Inspector we thought we hired. Will cost us thousands to repair this missed inspection items. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

"Im sorry you felt the inspection was not accurate. However there are inaccuracies with your review. There was a review of the water heater, it?s a standard item in my plumbing section. Issues with the roof were identified in the report. The roof vents were improperly installed. Exposed nailheads on flue and vent-stack jacks. Toilet seat repair/replace for being loose, I made no mention of the proper repair. The 500 character limit of this comment limits addressing all inaccuracies."

The inspector was so helpful and very thorough. He answered all of our questions and took the time to show us particular points of interest.
