I had the most disappointing experience with this HVAC company. My heat went out, so I called them for help. The technician arrived, diagnosed the issue, and quoted me $600 for a simple repair, assuring me he could fix it the same day. However, he left without providing any information other than the price and told me to confirm with my landlord. When I called back to give the go-ahead, the technician demanded the model number of the furnace. I couldn't find it right away, and instead of offering to help or come back to gather the necessary details, he started YELLING at me over the phone. He said he couldn’t help without it, even though it was his job to note down the necessary information before leaving. To make matters worse, he then started arguing that he needed to talk to my landlord about the price, even though I had already told him I would be paying. When I reiterated this, he yelled again, then hung up on me. I called back to ask for an explanation, but he gave none and hung up on me a second time. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them if you want any hope of decent service or respect.

Instead of the one I had at the time he came the job seemed to be done well unreasonable because we were in a pinch and didn't have time to go online and read Yelp or anything else about him and we got the what he said was the deluxe igniter that would last longer and 4 months later and nearly caught fire when it blew up

As soon as he showed up, he went straight to work and immediately found the problem. We have an extra switch on our AC that allows it to run in very cool weather. The problem was that the switch was too light to handle the voltage, so it had shut down. The switch had been a problem since it was put in, so I agreed immediately when he said he could remove it. He cautioned us that without the switch, we might run into problems with freezing up, but we are experienced with that and said DO it. Bill did it, charged us $60, and we have delightfully cool air again in our home .... on a SATURDAY over Labor Day weekend. Yahoooo!

On a Sunday morning I called bill. He gave me his price for an emergency visit ($60)) and told me that he may not have the needed part until Monday.
Bill came earlier than scheduled (he called first), diagnosed a blown blower fan capacitor, and repaired it in a few minutes.
Polite and technically good.
Price was one sixth of what a paid last year to a major repair shop to have a capacitor replaced in my AC!!!!!

Bill was on time (45 minutes after I called for an appointment). He quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace, made the repair, and showed me how make the repair in the future if needed. Bill is fantastic and will take the time to teach you about your furnace and the repairs if you'd like to learn. He will also just make the repair if you're not interested in learning. We've used him three times over the years. Great experience all three times. Reasonable price, effective performance, polite, and curtious. We definitely like to promote good businesses and Bills After Hours is just that. Don't hesitate to use him.

I wanted to get heat in a rental prop that is new to me. He got them both working, but said they wouldn't pass city inspection. I respect his honesty.
He called to say he could fit me in early (as I requested) and he was very thorough and got two 50 year-old units running, to prevent pipes from freezing until I can look into new units.
He did a nice job.

Bill found the problem with in ten minutes and replaced the part, he had us turn everything back on and found another smaller problem and fixed that also.
The unit actually caught fire and had burned wires going right into the conduit that goes into our home. He replaced everything and cleaned the unit up when he was done. All taken care of in about 1 hour and with the part and fixing the conduit wire the total cost was 100.00.

Every time Bill has been out I have had no complaints. AC repair or heat.
