Complete Home Inspection
Foster was the inspector he came in and my main concern was the foundation of the house and basement after inspecting the basement he said it was Exceptionally dry and Foundation was solid . He found no water leaks in ceiling. It had just rained the day before the inspection. Less than a week after we moved in water was coming in the basement. There was a leak in the roof where a room had been added on as we inspected the ceiling you could see where it had been leaking before there's so much more that he missed I can't type it. Our realtor recommended Bill so we went with him we should have gotten a 3ed party Henderson realtors I feel they where making sure Mark Henderson got the sale I am so Disappointed in all that he missed with this .inspection We just spent $4000 to get the roof portion fixed where it was leaking on the addition and on top of that there was bats in the attic and he should have seen the evidence of bat dropping. I am looking into a law suite

The home we were having inspected was very old and I knew there may be roof issues so I wanted a builder with experience. Bill told me he had been a contractor but when he inspected the roof he merely recommended we get a licensed contractor to look at it! He did not point out the soffit vent holes under the vent were only a four-inch hole as opposed to the whole size of the vent. He did not mention the home was using two intake vent systems which short circuited the air flow of the roof.He did not mention the roof mold in the report but said There are conditions conducive to the growth of Fungi and/or related Pathogenic Organisms. These substances may be present at this time.He did not mention the wiring on the outside needed re working and was exposed to the elements. He did not note the driveway needed reinforcing where the ground had receded.

"Bill, our inspector, is a former builder and is now a certified home inspector. We would like to address the comments in this review, as we have had hundreds of positive reviews. Our company goes above and beyond what is required in a home inspection. 1. Nachi Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors states that they cannot work on a home that they have inspected; that would be a violation of the Code of Ethics. Bill did point out, in his report, that there were problems with the roof supports. "GENERAL COMMENT COMPOSITION SHINGLE ROOFING s-56: The roof is sagging in the central area visible from the ground. See comments ( the supports in the attic."

Bill did a great job. He worked around our schedule which was really helpful. He found a foundation issue & a few other major things we didn t see in the first home we almost purchased. We ended up backing out of that deal because of the thorough inspection Bill had done on the home. We called him back out a few weeks later when we found another home. He lowered his price for us & did another great job. His reports are very detailed and I received them both a few hours after the inspection. He also sat down with us at the end both times and went through parts of the inspection with us. I would definitely recommend Liberty Home Inspections.
