He even found an issue with the furnace I never would have noticed which will save me hundreds in repairs that the seller has agreed to cover. The report he sent to me and my realtor is outstanding. The photos and notes have been critical to making me feel comfortable with the purchase. Also, he was friendly and answered all of my questions.
