Rader Electric has some of the best. All of our tradesman are licensed Journeymen, Master or Certified Apprentices. When we show up to your home for work we are ready with drop cloth in hand to perform the tasks required to complete the project. Our truck is a warehouse on wheels, carrying a large inventory of circuit breakers, plugs, switches, dimmers to name a few and a vacuum cleaner for the end of the job. Our employee's follow our policy that we are a drug free and smoke free employer. They are courteous and care for your environment as if it were their own.

Furthermore, the electricians were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They split up and worked in parallel wiched saved me time and money and the job got done faster than expected, especially since part of the job was to diagnose why two of my outside fixtures were not working. At the end of the job, it was determined that the outside fixtures would need new electrical runs due to to previous renovations and the age of the old runs. the dryer receptacle was found to be burned out, and the Sense unit was installed and the electricians stayed until I made a connection to the Sense unit with the associated app."

They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

The cost per board was quoted, the choices of shingles were discussed, and Dominic was knowledgeable and friendly guiding me through the roof replacement process. Their website is also an excellent tool to understand roof replacement and choices, and see samples of their work. I knew someone who had contracted with Roof Advance a few years back who had excellent results, paid a fair price, and overall great experience with this firm. I found the same professional service all around, as the communication was detailed in emails, on the quote, and in-person, and they even have pics of your job in-progress posted on a website for you to see. My husband used to do roofing, and is very picky, so when he inspected the work - he was satisfied in the professional job especially around the chimney and other trouble spots where leaks can occur later. Clean-up was absolutely immaculate, and the entire job was completed in one day. I would hire Roof Advance again, as pricing was slightly below other quotes but the quality of the work was very much an A+!"
