After a full inspection they determined that my problem was not my basement, it was with the chimney. They gave us suggestions on how to fix the issue even though it was not basement related which showed that they go out of their way to help the homeowner. Even though we didn't need their services, they still took the time to educate us on what signs we should look for in the future in case a basement issues begin.
