It was great. Everyone was professional, and they did an amazing job! Andy was very knowledgeable and gave great feedback. I would recommend him to anyone that needs renovations to be done.

I am very happy with the finished product! They remodeled my basement and bathroom. Will definitely use them again for future projects

I DO NOT recommend this business! Our project, according to our contract was supposed to take 2 weeks and start on 8/13/2018. Project started nearly 3 weeks later on August 30th with workers only showing up every other day or so and for 4 hours a day maximum. The project finally ended on November 21st, yes, that is NOT a typo...3 months later! DO NOT contract with this company--you should ask why no Facebook page now? His employees will tell you they delete it all the time due to the terrible reviews! Andy Giles is dishonest, he will lie to you the entire time and will produce shoddy work. Our bathroom floor is uneven and slopes down--his excuse, it is our house that is crooked. He installed our bathroom shower valves and floor drain shifted to the right of the shower, shower floor is uneven, ceiling is already cracking...I could go on and on with the poor workmanship! He does not have highly trained plumbers, tilers and electricians on staff as he states! And he doesn't even check in on the work and then when you tell him about the incorrectly installed shower valves and drain and floor tile, he blames it on you not telling him! Consider yourself warned, Andy Giles made our bathroom remodel that was supposed to be an exciting time for my husband and I a complete nightmare! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Andy Giles Construction!

Their initial estimate was done very quickly and communication was very good up until that point. We schedule work to begin at a time when we were told we could have a crew dedicated to our job as the bathroom was being completely gutted and there were no other showers in the house. We were given a 7-10 day time-line to get the shower back up and running. We ended up having a crew of 1-2 people about 3-4 hours per day, if they showed up at all. The workmanship was very poor and done in a hurry. At one point I saw them drying drywall patch with a soldering torch. There literally isn't a thing in the bathroom that doesn't have flaws. The drywall (all brand new) has many defects in it. They ended up with paint on the tiles, and used over a gallon of paint for one small bathroom. The towel bars had to be rehung as they weren't mounted properly and were falling down after just a couple weeks. The tile job was horrendous. Morter coming through many joints, tiles not straight/flush, major gaps in grout that came up after a few weeks. When I called to complain we had the "head carpenter" come out who agreed that the workmanship was "****" and the owner then informed us that the work would be fixed by this individual as the quality wasn't good. We ended up with the same two people that couldn't do it right the first time. At final inspection I pointed out all the flaws to the owner who agreed that the workmanship wasn't good, but that it was "as good as it was going to get" and that good help was hard to find. At that point I just paid him to get him out of our house, and have spend the last several months fixing what can be fixed. Sadly the tile is permanent, unless I want to remove all the grout and start over.
