Very tough water heater install. Plumber had to cut out the old unit and unit that I had purchased from store was much taller. Plumber had to do a retro fit and re-route the supply lines. He earned his money on this job.

Good experience. Mark took the time to explain the issue, propose a solution, and get it fixed promptly. I also appreciated that he cleaned up after himself, as he had to cut a small piece of drywall to access the pipe. After he was done, I only had a minor drywall repair to take care of.
