From sales person, office staff, installers to painter, everyone and everything were top of the line. Follow through upon completion has been stellar. Any and all questions were answered when asked. And if they didn’t know they found out and reached out with answers. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of remodeling, windows doors gutters etc. the installers were on time, polite and friendly. All clean up was completed before they left, inside and out. My bay/bow window took the most work. Extremely heavy but it was put in and sealed beautifully. You will be very happy choosing this company. I know we are.

Professional, quick, polite, and billed correctly.

When I hired them to replace my roof 10 years ago I bought the extended warranty. They have had to come out twice since the to repair/replace shingles after bad storms. The warranty has paid for itself.

My new sliding door looks wonderful, the workers showed up on time were very friendly and knowledgeable and had it installed and done in a short time, when they were done they cleaned everything up . I just love my new sliding glass door.

They did what they said they would do, was here when they said they would, and made sure I was happy with the work.

Replaced my single front door w/sidelights + storm door with new Double doors w/storm doors. Install crew was great and completed everything without a hitch. New doors are really good and way better quality than the countless doors I researched at the 3 â big boxâ stores. Performance also replaced all the windows on my house 2 years prior to this. Their people on the phone are courteous and their people on the work crews are professional and know their stuff. On both jobs their crews respected my house and property as if it was theirs. They take the time to make sure nothing gets damaged and they clean up the work area as if they were never there. Thatâ s what a real Pro does.

They took care each day to pickup all the roofing materials from my property. The job was completed on time. Lacked integrity

We had a GREAT experience with the Performance Remodeling Team from beginning to end for our complete home replacement window installation. Their salesperson Bob K arrived on time to review our needs, address our questions, provided thoughtful alternative window recommendations and a competitive quote. The sales coordinator kept us updated throughout the entire process. The installers visited to obtain precise measurements. The windows arrived as scheduled and our installation team, Russ, Andrew and Ahmed did an outstanding job! They were exceptionally skilled, professional, conscientious and friendly. The window quality is excellent and we can feel the difference in our home. We would highly recommend Performance Remodeling and Marvin Windows!
