PMT has performed our routine maintenance and service visits for years. They are very prompt regardless if it's an emergency or scheduled. They have a knowledgeable staff. I would recommend.

We lost power after a horrific storm and we contacted them and they sent a tech out after hours and got your generator back up and running. I would highly recommend. Will use again if this ever happens again and we will be referring all of our customers, family and friends to. I'll take care of you guys!

Trade apps for 17th and they never showed or made contact, Figured it was snow so called back and rescheduled for 22nd still nothing, p*** poor way of doing business

had an appointment scheduled and no one showed. called them and said woman who scheduled me was out on leave and my appt slipped thru the cracks....i was promised another call from their sales guy and never heard from them.

Consumers BEWARE! We were charged $192 for "Service Call" where nothing was serviced! We were loyal customers of PM Technologies for over 10 years and trusted them with repairs and annual maintenance to our whole house generator. In December 2015, our generator was only exercising for 15 seconds each week instead of the usual 15 minutes. We called PM Technologies and scheduled service call and they suggested to perform annual maintenance at that same time, which was not due until February. When technician came out, he could not duplicate cycle problem. Technician performed and we paid $226.75 for annual maintenance two months early. Our generator continued with "short exercise" so we called PM Technologies again in January 2016. Technician came out, looked at panel, and told us that coil assembly switch shorted out and that we needed new coil assembly. Technician said he would have office contact us with repair estimates but that it would be expensive. We asked for quote for new generator as well since he said that repair would be costly. We received repair quote via email for over $2000, and were told in same email that Stan Sarzynski would call us with new unit quote. We never heard from Stan; but, we did receive invoice in mail for $192, $100 Service Call and $92 Labor. We called PM Technolgies about invoice and was told it was not a mistake. We reminded them that we were still waiting for new generator cost from Stan, and that we have been customers for over 10 years! We asked if $192 would be applied to repair or new generator and we were told "no". Keep your money and call someone else. We called another company, Kelley Brothers, and work was done for $1500. BONUS, Kelley Brothers did not charge us for initial visit necessary to provide quote!

This company was terrific. When I called to schedule the appointment, the woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me determine what service I needed. In addition, I was mailed a work order in advance listing everything that would be included with the basic annual maintenance service I signed up for. The technician arrived right on time and did a great job of explaining to us any issues he ran into. We had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to complete the repair on that initial visit. He advised me that I would be mailed bill and could pay by check or credit card when I received it in the mail. When the bill arrived, everything was exactly as quoted. No surprises or problems of any kind. A great company to work with.

He was able to fix the generator and replaced the switch. The second guy that came was very good.
