John kept us informed from our initial contact so we were never wondering when our project would be completed. When the landscaping was done Renee did a walk through with us to see if we were pleased. We contacted John, as he requested, and he returned to our home to talk to us. Dustin was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful in providing suggestions and helping me envision a landscaping design. After discussing the details, Dustin was able to provide me with a quote as well as the date they could start work. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. "Mike and his crew helped replace our old and decrepit deck with a concrete brick paver patio. Throughout the whole process, they were a joy to work with. Not only was their price very reasonable (it came in between two other quotes), Mike also took his time to explain what to look for in a paver patio and what design elements would fit our vision. He also educated us on the installation process of the patio from the very beginning. Once the construction started, it went much quicker than we had expected. And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. He always gave us choices on the changes, and we often consulted him on the better choice. Because we were working from home, we were able to observe Mike and his crew working on the patio. It was very clear that Mike took great care with the little details to make the patio perfect. We are very satisfied with the result, and more important, we enjoyed our interactions with Mike throughout the entire process of the project.
