Cummings plumbing came out today to diagnose and repair a water pressure issue. Brandon did an excellent job. He was on time and very professional. He explained every step prior to the work. The price was reasonable. I will be using Cummings plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

I called right before the holidays to book an appointment for a new hot water heater and some small plumbing repairs. I was pleasantly surprised with how soon they were able to fit me in. Brandon called before his arrival to confirm everything, arrived on time, and worked very efficiently. Brandon explained everything to me during the process and made sure that I understood what he did for each repair and how to work my new water heater. I always use Cumming’s for my plumbing needs and have never had a bad experience. All of the plumbers are always on time, courteous, and efficient.

I came home from a trip to discover my downstairs bathroom ceiling had fallen down from a leak in the above bathroom and was leaking water. I called Cumming's Plumbing and even though they didn't have an available appointment until the following week they squeezed me in the next day. Tony was very professional and explained everything he was doing. John was very helpful, also. I so appreciated them taking care of me because I was in a bind. I have used them in the past and always very satisfied.

Daniel was here to pull and reset leaking toilet. Discovered problem was with flooring install (DO NOT EVER USE IN AND OUT FLOORS!). Floor installers did not remove old floor (contracted to do this specific task before install of new floor). Reinstalled toilet and had reset toilet reusing wax ring. Dan helped me take pictures to document this. Reset toilet per my request as we were expecting holiday company and needed the toilet to work! This is a reliable company starting with Nancy who schedules appointments. Dan was efficient and kind!

Tony and Cumming's Plumbing were awesome! Prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This house has a water system that is a mix of copper, galvanized and PEX pipes - Tony knew what to do to get the repair completed. Itemized invoice of all supplies and labor charge - everything was up front and fair. Cleaned up the site and explained all the repairs made and suggestions of this to watch. No up-selling or pressure. Excellent plumber. Plan to use them for all my plumbing needs.

We just had Cummings Plumbing out again because of the great service we experienced the first time we engaged them. Dan did a fantastic job removing our old kitchen and guest bathroom faucets and installing the new faucets we provided. He was professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. We appreciated having a licensed plumber do the job when there was a small issue with the bathroom faucet. He diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Dan also did a great job cleaning up after himself when the job was complete. Now when we need a plumber, we don't even have to think about who to call any more. We just call Cumming's!

Cummings responded to my request for clearing my drains the same day I called even though it was right before Christmas. VERY much appreciated as I was having a house full of company for Christmas. Tony came to my house and did a thorough job of clearing the drains. He was most friendly and professional. A very good experience!

I used Cummings for a basement drain blockage. Brandon, the tech that came to the house, tried first to do the lower cost thing by attempting to plunger the blockage out. Having failed, he then used the snake to clear the obstruction. He was efficient in getting the job done and mindful of my cost, which I rarely find with service personnel.
