For some people there may be some difficulty with English not being their first language. Work through it, your patience will be rewarded. These guys do good work and care about your project. On our project they made smart suggestions on the fly as things came up, and gave me options, and let me choose what to do. For example, there was some wood damage that we didn't know about until they got there with a ladder, and the initial plan I had for gel staining my front door was not going to look how I initially thought. In both of those cases and a few others they showed me the issue, were ready with good ideas, let me pick an option and showed me progress along the way so we could course correct as needed. I knew what was happening with my house each day and I feel extremely confident that I got great value for the price I paid. They also pointed out some work that needs to be done on some windows that I didn't know about. They are not a window company but now I know about the problem so I can address it before it gets worse. We had a pretty big project. I live in a 1920s home with stucco and wood board style siding. We needed a lot of painting, and varnishing / protecting the front door some woodwork around it. We also needed some repairs done on the wood trim as well as the stucco. We also still have a lot of original windows, some in great shape, and some in really bad shape, and we needed some light repairs there as well. Everything looks great, even better than what I hopes for, and I am so happy to have things fixed. I strongly recommend them to anyone who has a large exterior painting project, especially if it is a somewhat more complex problem that might involve some light repairs or determining the extent of damage and deciding what to do from there. I will also mention that the guy who came out for our initial consultation, Kevin, was great to work with. He gives very detailed bids and was also able to help me better understand the condition of my house and what options I had

"We were very satisfied with the friendly service and the teamwork that was done. All the painters demonstrated that they take great pride in their work and each one demonstrates that they care enough to do what it takes to achieve a great result. The 'boss' came by frequently to check on things and we felt we were part of a team that wanted a great outcome for our sake. We were encouraged to use a Men-Wood stain for best up-keep and beauty even though it was more expensive and a newer product on the market. We pushed the limits a bit because we were bold with our color choice but in the end we all were happy with it, including the painters! That being said, we were given plenty of opportunity to change our minds before we committed to it. As in any house project, there were unexpected challenges and opportunities for learning new things, and this team was always up for that, even staining pine! We opted to do the trim ourselves, but we have been equipped with tips and tricks to make that go easier and with more confidence. A relationship has been begun that we can continue to enjoy when we need painting experts to assist. I know they are anxious to see final photos when we get our work done so that we can all rejoice together in a job well done! I didn't crop the picture because I wanted to show the overall effect in our setting. We still have work to do on the decking and, of course, the trim. This house was purchased in March, so we are glad to have this much done already.
