Overall, great work and professional service. I did have a bit of trouble getting the work done on time due to my shingles being out of production and some scheduling issues with the contractor. But would use them again.

There was a bit of a challenge getting the initial appointment setup. We did not select a shingle within the window for the initial installation date, but RoofAdvisor was able to reschedule very quickly. Costs were comparable to the two other quotes that we received. When they found out the leak we had was over the electrical box they attempted to get someone over immediately (and managed to get someone over in hours). The person who came out performed a quick-and-dirty temporary patch on his own which was greatly appreciated and stopped the immediate issue over the electrical box.

I was not going to say anything but after a lot of thought I think I should say something. The person who came out to fix my shingles told me the wrong nails were used (too short) he did not replace the nails he just pounded them down again. He worked maybe 2 hours. I had to go outside and show him ones he missed. I don't think I received my money's worth. $900 is a lot of money for the amount of work or the time spent.

They fixed a leak when they came over to do an estimate. They were here after I left for work and gone before I got home. They even cleaned off some of the moss from our garage roof which wasn't part of the job. When we replace the garage roof we will hire them again.

The initial call was received within 24 hrs of my completion of the form. Courteous office staff, prompt scheduling of the work. Crew was professional, thorough clean up. Only issue was a mixup between the office and the crew. I ordered a ridge vent with drip edges and a new bathroom vent, they installed cans. Luckily I noticed the error before they were done, and they were able to correct the error. Chris and Brandon were contacted by the crew and were at my house quickly to assess the issue and authorize the corrections. They were very accommodating and apologetic. How a company handles problems says a lot about their integrity, and they do stand behind their work and customer satisfaction.
