Richards RoofingThis is a positive follow up to the negative review posted March, 2021. Due to a telephone number change I was unable to discuss a crack in my bedroom ceiling for a year after they replaced the roof. Once Richard's realized that that I was trying to contact them, Jim, the owner, immediately came out to review the problem. He was very friendly and apologetic for the miscommunication. He carefully examined the crack and checked the roof and determined that the roof was fine and did not cause the crack. He also refastened my gutters where loose and filled in a crack on the wood molding around the family room at no charge. I am now very pleased with Richard's roofing and will use them again.- Michael C.

BCM RoofingA-1 top notch roof replacement. The entire process was user friendly from sales and scheduling all the way through to the actual physical work. The crew showed up every day when they said they would and worked many long hours with high energy, focus & enthusiasm. The work area was constantly cleared of debris throughout the roofing process in a highly orchestrated and efficient manner. All personnel were friendly and courteous. The job was a large one and the finished product is a work of high quality and beauty. Would definitely hire again for a roofing replacement, repair, gutter cleanout or whatever else they do. BCM RoofingWent very well. Crew showed up on time. There was some delay due to the fact that the second vent tubing was not available so they had to wait for that one to be delivered while they worked on the first one. All-in-all, they were still complete just before noon, so that was fine and I would hire the company again.- dennis k.

Richards RoofingThey did a wonderful job on my mother’s roof! They put on a new shingle color that came out and we love it! Clean up was great and they were very polite. Grennan ConstructionWorked directly with Fred Grennan, the owner. He was very thorough and professional. Spent time inspecting the roof and the attic space. Explained in detail the job to be done. His presentation was definitely not a hard sell job, nor did he pile on a lot of costly extras. I felt that the cost of the job was very reasonable. He was able to schedule the job for the following week, which was great timing. The scheduled crew was on time first thing Monday morning, they brought enough guys to ensure that the job got done in one day. The crew leader touched base with me throughout the day, to make sure that specifics of the job were done as requested. The roof looks great. Grennan's representative came out the following day to inspect the job and once again sweep the yard for nails. Fred came out the next day to follow up with me directly. He has been great to work with, and in the future I'll definitely suggest his company to friends and neighbors.- William R.

Honest, reliable and best roofing company. We had Advance Roofing and another company do Roof leak repair. Both did not hold up, it started leaking more. Both companies did not explain well and Advance Roofing charged almost $1K and the other company half that. Saw all the good reviews about Renaissance roofing and called them, the lady that scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and told me upfront they charge $95 to inspect the leak and if they repair they will take it off the final bill. Don showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me pictures of damage and where the problem was. I know Advance roofing did nothing in the area where the issue was found. The other company did something there but did not do it correctly, they added more caulk causing more leak. Don diagnosed it properly, fixed all the issues and tested it. The other two companies I asked for pictures and they would not share it with me. Another couple of companies I called tried to rip me off by saying my roof is bad and needs total roof replacement (they send sales people,not repair person) and i asked them how much they charge for new rood and quoted ridiculous amount for roof replacement (I researched online and with neighbors and I know for the size of my home it should not cost more than $7K to $13K), by the way my roof is only 11 years old. I am extremely happy with the way he repaired it, the explanation and pictures of the repair gives me reassurance. Finally I found an honest business. I highly recommend Renaissance Roofing for all your roofing needs. Out of 5 I want to give them 10 stars. Thank you so much Don. Appreciate it.

I hired Mr. Roof to redo my 50 square roof based on the lowest total price. I was impressed by the speed at which they completed the job and how well they cleaned everything up. The crew was also very friendly and accommodating. A few weeks after the job was completed, we had a big rain storm. During the storm, we noticed our upstairs ceiling start to get wet and eventually start to drip. WE had never had a roof leak prior to having our roof replaced. The next day, Mr. Roof sent out a repair guy to check it out. He said it was the flashing around the chimney and redid it. After the next rain the problem was better but not fixed. They sent out the repair guy again. This time he said it was our chimney cap and charged us a lot of money for a custom stainless steel one. Next rain came, same problem. Repair guy came back a third time and said it was some bad bricks on the chimney. We hired a contractor to fix those and the issue seemed to go away for awhile. A different repair guy came back last week who caulked the chimney and said it would stops leaking until we had the entire thing replaced. They would also refer us to a contractor who could do that. Well… It rained again yesterday and the leak is worse than ever. They also never provided us with a repair contractor. Remember, our chimney never had a leak until they replaced the roof. I don’t think that’s a coincidence. I’d say they are now leaving us high and dry, but we are actually low and wet… I really wanted to recommend these guys based on the initial experience, but I now know that their service after the sale is abysmal. Don’t be sucked in by their prices. You get what you pay for.

Hired to put on new roof. Should have taken a week - it took 2 months. During which they disrespected my neighbors, damaged their property, disrespected me, and left my roof wide open during several storms. Gallons of water poured into my house through my bed, down 3 stories of the interior. Left my home and property in disarray for weeks on end. They did nothing to fix their mess. After many tries to resolve issues they continued to disrespect me and/or ignore me.

Kearns Bro’s did an amazing job covering the wood trim along our 2 story house and replacing our gutters. Their pricing was very competitive and James did a great job walking us through the process. The office kept us in the know on their timeline and schedule. The crew who came out was very professional, had great craftsmanship and did a great job cleaning up after themselves every day.
