"They went above and beyond what I expected him and his son cleaned and waxed our new fifth wheel that sat under a pine tree all summer and had sap all over the awning and camper. I thought the quote was a little high at first $500 but after seeing the work and time they put into it it was worth every penny. They came in and took 5 hours scrubbing each spot and the thing looks like new. Definitely recommend and would use again"

"We were in big trouble when our septic pumping system stopped working and backed up into the cellar. The waste water shorted out our water tank so we had no water, no septic and no plumber that would go down there to fix it. Pure Cleaning Solutions came the next Monday and spent the entire day disinfecting the area. We are so grateful to Nick for his help as we can now get a plumber to fix the water tank and get back to normal. Thank you!"

"Where do I start??? Hired to come and clean the chimney out before a Reno project. Took a vacation day and then got a call late afternoon that they had an emergency and had to reschedule. Changed to the next day. Then got another call late afternoon that they had to reschedule again after I took another day off. I said no. You need to honor your commitment. They said they would be there after 5 on that day. Fine. Got a call at 6pm from tech trying to find my address. Not even sure where he was. Tried calling the tech back 45 min later and he wouldnâ t answer. Needless to say I lost 2 vacation days and no response from this company. They never even reached out to reschedule.
