Professional. Timely. Fair and honest. Good communication. Team was fantastic and hard working -- I saw them take a lunch break and that was about it! People were working nearly all the time they were on site. I am very happy! Also, I live on Islesboro which means John and his team worked according to a ferry schedule. This was never a problem and I was always informed about arrival, departure and adjustments necessary due to the ferry schedule.

First Chandler returned calls!!! Submitted a bid, scheduled time to do the work, and showed up on time. Did a great job putting the siding back on the house.

Chandler is knowledgable, courteous, and highly skilled in his profession...and he has a sense of humor. He responds to text messages right away and gives a target date as to when he can start. He calls a few days before the work is to begin and arrives punctually. I recommend Chandler without reservation.

Chandler was excellent at follow-up text messages and phone calls, including checking in before arriving and a fair and honest assessment of the work. He also did the work in between other jobs incredibly efficient way that got our project done early.
