we need a call back as we are smelling oil from the furnace. So we need Adam to do a check on it.

Adam did a fantastic job servicing our HVAC system. We have four condensers and he meticulously went through our system and documented all the issues we had. He and Matt were very thorough. We have certainly found a solution for our aging HVAC and look forward to Adam keeping our system running smoothly for years to come.

Do NOT use this company! We were in urgent need to get a split installed and he was very quick to respond and make an appointment to check our place out. He spent hours assessing our situation and went above and beyond to try see if ge could fix our existing system. While we ended up finally getting a split that worked, he is NOT licensed to do electrical work and blew breakers ( and our microwave) that cost us another $1500 to have a licensed electrician fix. Not to mention he charged us for a snow roof for the unit that he never ordered! Something is terribly wrong here. While he may have a decent reputation in the past, he is not reliable and will try to get your money before the job is done. We had to track him down repeatedly when he didn?t come when he was supposed to and had one excuse after another. . BEWARE!!!! From what I can see, this has been a problem with many others. Thank goodness we didn?t pay him before he completed the job-we?re sure he wouldn?t have come back

He took my check said he would be back cashed my check never returned and iam still chasing him to this day he is a common thief don’t do business with him you will be very sorry

Unreliable , does not show up when he said he would. Could be hours late or days late. Was not that familiar with the Mitsubishi heat pump set up. Had to get with Mitsubishi tech to help set up then needed more refrigerant said he be back. It?s been well over a week and he is not answering any text or phone calls. Had to hire another to finish the job to get it running

My Mitsubishi heat pump outdoor unit need to be replaced . We found another unit compatible and installed it . Not being very familiar with Mitsuâ s he couldnâ t get running. He said he would be back the next day but never showed up . 2 day later he showed up spoke to Mitsubishi tech and found the problem i think. Still not sure as of this review. We didnâ t have enough refrigerant so he was to pick up a bottle , that Friday . He said he would be over on Saturday. He texted and said he would be over Sunday because Saturday was his sonâ s birthday. He never showed up and itâ s been over a Week and not answering any text or calls . Feeling abandoned. DO NOT Use this guy , not reliable !! He had asked for labor payment in advance because he needed the money. We made the mistake of paying him in good faith that he would finish the job. ( my Bad ) . Never again ! Unprofessional! I have hired someone else to finish the job to get heat pump running.

In Aug.2023 Adam and his team installed a heatpump and two mini splits in our house. I gave him a 5 star then. Not a year later one of the units failed because the condensate pump/sensor were incorrectly installed. That alone is not the trigger for my changed review. I tried to contact Adam at least five times via text and voicemail to schedule a repair visit. Never did anyone pick up the phone and never did I get a response. So either they are out of business, or totally unprofessional. Sad.

I just want to hire to do job and he never showed up, already pay him.

Adam was the first to respond to my service request and was able to come by for an initial diagnosis the same day. He then returned the next day to do a major service on our old oil furnace, requiring multiple parts. Due to one unexpected part not being in stock, he returned the following day to complete the job. The furnace is running smoothly and looks much cleaner than when he arrived. I should also mention that he was on time or early for the first two trips. For the installation of the last part, Adam had to come a little later in the day due to an emergency visit for another customer. He communicated this with me and it was completely understandable as our furnace was running but just needed that last part. Additionally, I was impressed with his methodical methods, organized truck and work area while repairing our furnace. Thank you Adam!

Adam was diligent in his inspection of the defective heat pump system and, without being pushy, offered solutions competently. He produced a quote broken down in material and labor that appeared to be competitive. Adam communicated well during the procurement phase and showed up at the time promised with a team of two co-workers and worked until the project was completed (same day). My impression was the team was determined to deliver a professionally installed system and leave the premises clean - they succeeded on both accounts. Adam's and his teams work ethic is exemplary and hard to find. Even when it took more man hours than originally planned due to some hidden complexities Adam held himself to what he quoted and only charged us that amount. Should we ever have another HVAC project we have a trustworthy go-to company! We are happy with the work, the value and the way the team interacted with us, and recommend CCS without reservations.

I have an Airbnb rental, and he fixed my mini split in between a same day flip. Couldnâ t be happier.

The Crawford brothers were not only very knowledgeable about HVAC systems but they were quite willing to answer all of my â curiousâ questions about every part of their process. When the project was over I felt pretty confident that my system was running smoothly and I felt a little more informed about how it all works!

My review is twofold. Adam was very prompt in repair my furnace. He called me within 10 minutes of submitting a request for service. On the negative, I asked if he did estimates as I have a new addition that will require heating. While he advertises â Free Estimatesâ , he does not disclose up from that it is free with purchase of the service. After walking the space and discussing the options he told me there would be a $200 fee. He charged me $200 up front for the estimate and has not provided me the estimate. In the past 3 weeks, I have emailed twice and called twice. In both phone calls he said he would email me the quote either that day or the next. On my fourth contact I emailed him and requested a refund of the fee I paid for the estimate. It has been 5 days without an acknowledgment or response. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Very. Knowledgeable, punctual, thoughtful and did an excellent job. Iâ m up and running again, but it would not have been so expensive had the original installation been done correctly! I had to replace the condenser after less than 5 years! Crawfordâ s Comfort solutions did the job correctly!

I have a gas furnace which has not been serviced properly by previous companies. Clearly you hire a professional bc you donâ t know how to do it yourself , so far 4 until this guy came along, huge difference, if you need to have your furnace repaired or serviced this is your guy. Iâ d give 10 stars if I could.

He took a prepayment check from us, did not do any work and he is not responding.

Adam Crawford demonstrates knowledge through experience and shares the customer's concern for value. His flexibility with my unique and hybrid system seemed to pique his interest rather than discourage it. he also tolerated a few questions. it was a pleasure to have him in our home. nice work.
