The Budget Waterproofing did an excellent job with drainage and sump pump in our basement. Bill gave us an estimate at the same day, and he was very understanding. Chris and his team started as soon as we, homeowners, could prepare the basement, in a few days, and they finished the next day. The communication was perfect, Chris explained everything in a very friendly manner. Their work ethics is excellent. We are highly satisfied with The Budget Waterproofing Company.

I had no idea who to call to address water damage on the baseboards, and lower drywall in my finished basement in my rehabbed house in Baltimore City. I thought water was coming down into the foundation from the alleyway, and black mold was starting to form on the walls. I finally googled basement waterproofing and found a company that was professional across the board - from the owner Robert, to Brooke, to Bill the estimator, and on to Vinny the foreman and his team of Hermis and Jose. Kudos to all, this is a well run company. From estimate to job scheduling was one week and the job was done in one day. In addition to recommending this company, I also recommend you be persistent in calling them like I did - you will get a response and you will be more than satisfied.

Budget Waterproofing is definitely a customer oriented company. From the president down to the crew that does the work. The experience starts with Briooke in the office who is not only polite but knowledgeable about what the company does. The salesman who came to the house was very informative and not pushy. The best part was the crew. If you hire the company request Mario and Elvin. They cared as much about our house as we do. When thy finished and left you could not even tell contractors worked in our basement. Another impressive thing was one of the owners stopped by to see how things were going. Definitely a company that cares about there customer.

Thank God for a honest company. I have to admit that Budget Waterproofing wasn't my first choice. Another company that I choose I hesitated, and it was good that I did. Budget Waterproofing was "1/3" of the price this "other" company quoted. The customer service was great when I called to setup an appointment, let me say that more customers are lost through bad customer service than what you may realize. Brooke was fantastic! Then Bill came by and surveyed my situation, when he quoted the price I was amazed. He told me of "companies" that misrepresent themselves and their services. The "TEAM" that performed the work, Westly, Alexis and Russ. Let me say that they epitomized the word "teamwork". Being a former soldier for 30 years I know something about that! These guys worked together like a well oiled machine. They were on top of every detail, everyone on the same sheet. Plus the foreman provided me with constant details and updates. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that they completed. I have absolutely no issue in recommending them for good quality work! So in summary the entire staff made this event pleasurable. Overall a good experience. The installation crew ran into problems and the job took longer than expected. They brought in a second team and were finished before the end of the second day. Good job cleaning up in basement.

We had our basement water proofed by budget in 1999 so we could have our basement finished. After years of a water free dry basement we had some concerns now in 2020. We called Budget and they came right out and inspected and addressed our issues totally free of charge. Their lifetime warranty of their work stood the test of time.

I had Budget Waterproofing encapsulate my crawlspace. They said it would take 5 days, maybe part of a 6th day and they did it in 5 days. The team was professional and friendly. If your home does not have an outside outlet, someone will need to be home in order for the outside work to be completed. The crew will need access to an inside outlet. When asked if I needed to be home in order for the job to be done, I was told I did not. I did not know the crew needed access to an outlet until they arrived. An appointment had to be canceled so I could give the crew access to an inside outlet. In the future I will ask if access to an outlet is needed, and if so, I will know that I will need to be home for the outside work to be done.

Est on time, work completed in one day as stated. Site prep excelent and clesn up was spot on.

Budget Waterproofing is top notch. The sales rep came to our home and gave us a fair quote. He explained exactly what to expect. He provided us with our contract and Budget s guarantee. And he scheduled the work with us before he left. The men came to do the job as scheduled. They were friendly and completed the job quickly. They were very neat and cleaned up the area thoroughly. After they showed me what was done and what I could expect. Their work was excellent!!

Experience was great from the free quote from Bill to the timely and perfectionist attitude of Jose and Carlo as they worked in 90 degree heat. Each day was met with a smile and desire to ensure I was happy - no question went unanswered. It was refreshing to find workers who treated my house as if it was theirs and had no issue with going beyond average. If I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know they were here working 3+ days!!

The project was a "comedy of errors". The first time the work appeared good. I asked the crew if the new concrete should be covered because rain was predicted for that evening. It did rain and the concrete was "pitted" the next morning. The work had to be redone. After it was redone, the framing was not removed until I brought it to the compamy's attention. In addition, the concrete was covered along with a sizable portion of the grass and left for an extended period of time. Thirdly, the excess concrete was dumped in the woods behind our home. I was away on vacation so I was not able to remove the covering. The owner of the company came to finish the work and clean up the dumped concrete. I paid a significant amount of money for the project and received what I consider substandard performance.
