They get back to you. It's a good recommendation. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and seemed to work pretty steadily. They were friendly. We didn't have any problems. They did what they were supposed to do and their prices were reasonable for what we thought they did. They said it would take about a day and they did it in about a day. They were upfront. There's not that many companies that do what they do, so we didn't do a lot of comparison shopping, but we thought the price was fair. I've been using them for maintenance work."

They used a laser to ensure that the patio was perfectly level and also ensured it drained properly when it rained. Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

A job more than well done! Also, within budget :)

"We were very impressed by 5th Gen -- both management and the men who came on-site to do work. We just purchased a new home and had a lengthy list of jobs to do -- most relatively small, but a bunch of them! Paul (project manager/superintendent) worked with us to help us understand what each project would entail. As first time home-owners, this is all a bit new, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain things to us in a lot of detail. He also helped triage the projects so the more disruptive, interior work was all finished prior to our move-in. The one bigger project we did was screening in our back porch. It looks awesome, and Paul was great in helping advise with key decisions. We love it and spend a ton of time there. I also generally appreciate how 5th Gen goes above and beyond. When they noticed the back porch steps were super slippery in the rain, they powerwashed them so remove debris -- problem solved. Also, we have a puppy, and the on-site workers were really great at making sure to keep the babygates and doors closed so she would stay in the kitchen as they moved about the house. Overall, highly recommend 5th Gen!"
