We have only good things to say about our experience with BYOP. The process was very seamless from the initial design, site walk, estimate, to the pool completion and start-up. I thought they were very transparent and responsive when it came to any issues that popped up. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a pool in Las Vegas!

They are amazing.  You are able to act as your own general contractor or you can pay them to be the general contractor and they get you the best rates for all the sub contractors that you are going to need to build your pool and then they manage the job but you pay those contractors individually.  We were so impressed.  Our pool got built in under a month and my neighbor broke ground the next day and it took like ten weeks for her pool to get built.  We love the new pool.  I would absolutely use them again. 

doug was referred to us by our realator for the initial inspection. he adivised us about work needed and aproximate costs. he agreed to do the needed work and the conversion of the pool from chlorine to salt. he also agreed to provide weekly pool service. we prepaid for 12 months' service. he performed the conversion and repairs. the pool service was sporadic, we usually had to call to get the service. because of my husband's disability, we asked him about a hand rail for safely exiting the pool. doug gave us a quote, and we prepaid the full amount. a few weeks later, we heard the hand rail being thrown over our r.v. gate and about a week later, a person we had never seen before showed-up, installed the rail and never made any contact with us. we called Doug and he assured us that was normal procedure for the rail installer. we haven't seen Doug or any evidence that our pool has had any services since november, 2010. there is alot of residue in the bottom of the pool. we have attempted to contact him several times. we left messages, one with his wife, but have had no return call. we would really like to be reimbursed for the prepayment we made in good faith. we had several other pool service people come out in the last few weeks, all of whom assured us that the pool should have been acid washed initially, although Doug said it wasn't needed. now we are back to square one, with a beautiful pool that has received on service in the last 2 months that is getting more and more full of crud in the bottom. next week, another company will begin acid washing and servicing our pool. we seem to be unable to get our prepayment back from Doug.
