"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area).
