"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "My roofing issues was a little bit complicated because I have solar panels and two old dishes on the roof. Mr. Farmer was with me every step of the way. I had the solar panels removed yesterday. Mr. Farmer was here and he will remove and discard these satellite dishes when installing the new roof. Meanwhile he had the new shingles delivered today and they will be ready for him Friday to start on my new roof. Him and his staff are very personable and professional. Yes, I would recommend him."
