We appreciated the time spent to explain the project management plan from the delivery of materials to the post-installation inspection. "William Richmond, Inc. removed and installed a new asphalt roof for our house and shed. We experienced a quick turnaround from estimate to installation. Mr. Richmond provided a detailed explanation of the products he would install and of the expectations on the overall project. Communication was excellent throughout the project. The roofing crew arrived on time, completed our project in a day, and did an excellent job in cleaning up after the install. We would highly recommend the services of William Richmond, Inc. "I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. Based on my experience with Arocon, I will be very inclined to hire this company to replace my existing roof when the time comes. Susie Setser"
