"Mr. Viera was on time, I got a 30-45 min call ahead before his arrival, and he was promptly, he is very friendly, professional when he arrived, told me that not to worry, that the issues I was having with my AC that he was gonna take care of it, and he was also was gonna go beyond to make sure that my whole system, was not gonna fail as long as he thoroughly checked it, and let me know if there was anything else that needed to be taken care of it while he was here. So I definitely would hire this company again, and recommend it to anyone in the DMV area."

"He did the work requested, and was good about answering my questions about the furnace, and how to maintain it. He even instructed me on how to replace a part that was acting wonky. He said he could do it if I'd like, but it was an easy enough repair that I should be able to handle easily. His instruction was spot on, and the part was replace quickly. If I need help in the future, I will defintely give his office a call."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

To heat up a room to kill bed bugs, you’ll need to put either a portable heat chamber or hot dryer in the space. Larger heat chambers can be used to heat up furniture, while only professional heating systems can heat an entire home or structure at a high enough temperature to kill bed bugs. Keep in mind that this method is most effective when done by a bed bug professional with professional-grade equipment to eradicate the bed bugs without damaging your home.

Foxes hate strong scents and sudden disturbances. They dislike the smell of ammonia, vinegar, garlic, chili peppers, and predator urine, which can make an area less appealing. Motion-activated lights and sprinklers also unsettle them, as foxes prefer to avoid sudden movements and bright lights. Additionally, they are wary of loud noises and unexpected sounds.

DIY is possible with sprays and traps. Professional services provide comprehensive and long-lasting solutions.

Yes, mulch can attract pests. Spiders, centipedes, and ants are some common pests that are attracted to mulch. You can avoid infestation by laying your bags of mulch in the heat for a few hours or by using an inorganic mulch, as it’s less attractive to pests.

No, you shouldn’t have to worry about bats in your yard as long as they don’t make their way inside your house. Typically, bats hang around backyards in order to consume bugs, especially if they’re located in the U.S. Bats that are native to North America can consume more than 500 bugs per hour, so they may actually benefit your yard if mosquitoes are prevalent.
