"I contacted five tree removal services for estimates. Richard's Tree Care was the only one who has yet to provide me with an estimate. I do not know what the problem is. I initially attempted to establish an appointment by using the online form on their website. After three or four days of not hearing from them, I decided to contact them by telephone. I did get hold of someone and set up an appointment. The guy came out. Took my list of what was to be done. We went around the yard discussing each tree. At the end, he said he would email me the estimate. I asked if he had my email address. He assured me that the office had it and my telephone number. I waited five days; emailed the office, and still have not heard from them. But, I had to move on. I believe that I gave them ample time to respond, but they chose not to or their communication system is not operating properly. Don't know. Don't care at this point."

Upon removing the tree, it was realized that it had started to grow around a neighbor's old fence post. Initially we thought there would be no chance of grinding the stump, but somehow they managed. There was a delay in getting started as I was having driveway paved and it was pending the weather. As it turned out the paving company had showed up same day as service for tree & was told they could come back following Monday. For some unknown reason you guys didn't return so was desperate on finding you again because I was not given a card or firm date for service. As it turned out after several calls I found your service contact again and even with rain the night before, your guys were there bright & early.
