"We were delighted with the outcome of the installation of a new surround on our fireplace. This was a re-do of an initial installation by another contractor that did not work out too well! I was nervous about getting this done right and Kevin put me at ease immediately. He was precise, highly skilled, and very aware that we were not happy with the first installation. "Bobby Nesbitt is a pro and did an excellent job. He knows what he is doing and reinstalled 16 mini blinds for me after I had new windows in my home. "Kenny arrived at my home from K and K to install the ice maker. I think he had the job completed in about 45 minutes but initially told me 1 hour. I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience. If I needed a major appliance repair, I would definitely use this company again. I got it done when I wanted so I am more than pleased. I know it does not always happen that way."
