"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. "Mike came out prompty to look at the damaged siding. Came out a second time to show me color samples for the replacement siding. Told me when the siding would be received and came out today and did the work. He and his helper cleaned up after the work was done. They did an excellant job of fixing the siding. He had given me a very reasonable estimate. I have asked him for an estimate to replace the roof and will have him do the work. Very professionable and friendly. I will recommend him to friends and family for any work they might need done."
