I had Mr. Clean grout to put down tile with groutin the entrance of my living room. I was very pleased with the job.

Horrible job. Floor was NOT clean ( I cleaned myself again after they left and the water was still dirty) and the grout color sealer could have been done better by my 7 year old. In fact, she came in after they were done and pointed out half a dozen spots immediately that were done poorly. I should have had her check their work, not my husband! There were many lines of grout completely missed and the ones that were done were not done well. They tried to tell me that the dark stripes along the tile was the tile itself, not the dirty grout they failed to cover with the color sealer. Sealer is on the floor in some places that I still can't remove it no matter what I use. They young guy who did most of the work listened to rap music while working and my kids were around. Not professional. Using earbuds is a recommendation. He charged me very liberally for my square footage, and even charged me for the whole square footage of my large island. He said it was harder to go around it than actually do it. Well, with their workmanship I would agree. Horrible. I will never use him again and have told the person that sent him my way to never recommend him again.

Outstanding! My floors look brand new again! And the service person was very friendly, efficient and professional. I canâ t say enough great things about the whole experience.

Great experience! George gave wonderful customer service and was super responsive. I really appreciated how in addition to the grout/tile cleaning, he gave a lot of tips for maintaining and keeping it clean so we wouldn't need to have him back for a while.

Complete hack job. I hired them to repair cracked grouting in shower and the job was botched. The job site was left a complete mess and there is grout everywhere that will not come off. There is even globs of grout on my painted walls. They also walked around without masks during Covid. I now have to hire someone to fix my ruined shower.

Overall the work was good and the price was fair. Missed a couple of spots where the grout was missing around the faucet. George tried to reach me but I was unavailable. Not sure what he had in mind.

George from Mr, Klean Grout called after I submitted a request from Home Advisor. He came the next day and gave an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and gave a very fair estimate. His crew came a few days later and the outcome was much better than I anticipated. I have a tile kitchen floor that had some missing grout. They cleaned the floor, filled the voids, and painted all the grout and it looks like a new floor. The cost was about 1/2 of what I anticipated.

They responded very quickly to my request. Explained the problem I was having. My stand-alone shower was leaking at my glass panels. (Two walls were tiled, and two walls were glassed). I wanted to stop the leaks. I sent in pictures of my shower. George assured me that the leak would end. I hired him on the phone. His man came over just before Labor Day 2020 weekend. Had to wait 24 hours before I could try the shower. First time I showered, to my disappointment, the shower still leaked. I called George during the Labor Day weekend and he returned my call after the weekend. He sent his man back, he sealed my glass further. This definitely solved the problem. No more leaking and the grout work looks fantastic. I would hire them again. George stands behind his work.

The young man that did the tile did a nice job however he got foot prints from the product that he was using to clean my grout on my tile all over my wood floor. In addition there was a film left on all the tile floors that he clean the grout in and I had to go back and clean the floors as well as my hardwood floors after he left. I was not happy with the finished product or the cleanup.

The owner George was very professional , polite and congenial. The work was completed as stated in an efficient and timely manner. I would definitely hire again and recommend to friends.

Very prompt,and did a good job

The initial introduction was smooth and pleasant, staff and Mr. Klean Grout are kind and respectful. We set a date, time price ( make sure you get an invoice of ALL work Warranty.... have not gotten in writing BUT I WILL ) for the project to be started, They arrived a little late ( every time ) went to work and partially completed the grouting of our basement shower wall NOT the shower pan that was included in this project also, the project needed farther work which Mr. Klean Grout said he could and would perform himself. This is when things took a turn, appointments where mostly NO CALL / NO SHOW when calls were answered broken promises which result in frustration, I have taken several days off, no work is done yet and the Contractor ATTEMPTED to change the conversation around like my hearing is bad. .This has resulted in disappointment and a shower unusable, we have been dealing with this since 08/09/2020, and the project NOT completed yet. PRAYING this gets resolved very soon, another scheduled date has been made. Update****** Contractor came out and completed all the work, looks satisfactory, and all documentation requested was given.

He was very timely, I had been calling several different places and he responded and was able to get an estimate the same day. Then the work was done in one week.

Mr Klean Grout sent well mannered professionals to my residence. They did not waste time getting the work done and did a good job. My wife was so impressed by the shower they re-grouted, she requested to get the tub done too. Great job!
