On his way out the door, I casually asked him about an electrical issue I was having with my stove hood and he quickly identified the issue there also and, with my app, ordered a bulb receptacle and scheduled to return next week to repair my second and different kind of problem. "Was very rude on arrival, choosing to discuss how the warranty company may not cover a small cost part rather than why that part might be the issue. Then when they received the part just a few days after the initial visit from the distributor (which was validated and confirmed by the shipper and warranty company) no contact or attempt to complete the repairs were made. I had to work with the warranty company to try and get JC Appliance to respond which they did not, and now I?m left to use a new company, have them reorder order the part, and now wait about 90 days for a simple door latch fix. My guess is warranty work didn?t pay what he wanted or he didn?t want to deal with the company at all and I was left with the ramifications from that. Do not recommend on all fronts, but especially for anything warranty related. Bad etiquette and bad business."
