After 6 months of usage, our clothes washer needed to be releveled to eliminate banging in the spin cycle. Bill arrived within 2 hours of my posting my request on Angi and took less than a half hour to totally fix my problem. On his way out the door, I casually asked him about an electrical issue I was having with my stove hood and he quickly identified the issue there also and, with my app, ordered a bulb receptacle and scheduled to return next week to repair my second and different kind of problem. I found Bill to be very personable, knowledgeable, and effectice, and who showed up and started solving my problems.

My dryer was making loud noises. I called them and got a same-day appointment. They looked at and listened to the dryer, and recommended against repairing the dryer; the repair would cost more than the dryer is worth (it is a very old dryer) and might not fix things well. I was charged only the visit fee. I appreciate a repair service that could make a repair but recommends against it when they believe it is not the right thing to do.

Our technician, Bill, was prompt and honest. He checked out our dishwasher and let us know the repair needed. His recommendation was to purchase a new dishwasher as the old one would be expensive to repair. We ended up buying a new one and had some issues with installation. He came out again and helped us to install.
