"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

"Damien was amazing, not only did he clean our dryer vent and ductwork, he inspected the entire system to determine the location of the true source of the problem. When he found the cause he cleaned the full length of the vent duct and repositioned it to prevent a recurrence of the problem. At every step of the way he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He is an exceptionally pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable young man and was a pleasure to deal with. We were completely satisfied with his work and reasonable fee, and highly recommend his services."
